They are kind and welcoming - and they take time to get to know each of their clients. It’s sweet that they remember little details about you and your life. I'm from Orange county Ca having my nails done for 15 years. I'm used to good quality. I've tried several nail shops since I've moved here in the San luis Obispo county area and wasn't happy until this shop was referred to me by a neighbor/friend. I live about 35 minutes from their shop but well worth the trip. I give them a ten out of ten.
